Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside coil, measured pressures for 410a at 111/209psi with 12 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 60 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 17 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. Changed filter provided by the customer .System running as it should
Performed maintenance on all heating systems. Changed all filters and confirmed operation. Clean condensate lines on the high efficiency system. Measured temperature drop. All systems working as they should.
Arrived onsite for maintenance for one NTI High Efficiency gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. System working as it should.
